New Frontiers have used their experience to create their very own travel industry training courses to help budding travel agents get ahead in the industry.
Access to the course is free. As you work through any or all of the modules, you can take the tests as you go – no deadlines! When you pass the online test, you can print off a Certificate of Competency in the module/ e-learning programme you have studied. Each module will consist of relevant information with a multi-choice test at the end with a minimum pass mark to help cement your learning. But don’t worry, if you don’t pass first time, you will get another couple of chances.
