Terms and conditions

1. This NYC & Company nycvisit.com promotion is conducted by Travel 2 Limited (“the
promoter”).

2. An employee of a travel agent will be eligible to enter the promotion after registering and
completing the online training available on Online Travel training (OTT) website between 1
September and 31 December 2008, and making a confirmed booking to New York City with
Travel 2 comprising of flights and at least 2 nights hotel. The person must be employed by a
travel agency when taking the prize, and be aged 18 yrs or over. Entries not submitted via the
website will not be eligible for entry. Entry into this promotion will be deemed to constitute full
acceptance of these terms and conditions. No responsibility is assumed for any lost, delayed or
incomplete entry forms.

3. The prize consists of a pair of two-night breaks to New York City, including return economy
flights on Virgin Atlantic to Newark airport only and two nights accommodation based on twin
share, valid until 30 June 2009. Tickets must be used by the prize winner and a companion
travelling together in both directions. Prize winner seats are subject to availability. Tickets are
non-refundable, non-transferable and non-endorsable. The travel period cannot be extended
beyond expiry date. Once tickets have been issued, they are valid for flights and dates shown
only. Lounge passes and upgrades are not permitted with these tickets. Travel is only permitted
during the following periods: 10 January to 31 March 2009 and 21 April to 30 June 2009. The
prize will be awarded to the first two persons drawn at random from all eligible participants on 2
January 2009 and notified by 9 January 2009.

4. The promoter’s decision will be final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.

5. If any tax is levied by Inland Revenue in respect of the award of any prize pursuant to this
promotion, such tax levied will be the responsibility of, and paid by, the promoter to Inland
Revenue.

6. If a person decides not to accept the prize awarded to it, he/she will notify the promoter of such
decision in writing and will, with effect from the date of such notice, forfeit any and all claim to the
prize awarded but declined. No alterative prize will be awarded.

7. Prizes are not transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.

8. The promoter is not, nor will be, responsible for defective prizes or misuse of any prize, or
claims, liability, loss or damage arising out of or in connection with this promotion.

9. The promoter is not liable for any costs, claims, damages or loss suffered by any person as a
result of entering this promotion occasioned by any failure, however caused, in the fulfillment of
the terms of this promotion, except that no term in this promotion will operate to limit the liability of
any party for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

10. If the promoter, in its reasonable opinion, believes that a person is deliberately manipulating
entries into this promotion, the promoter may exclude such person from this promotion.

11. The promoter reserves the right to cancel this promotion at any stage, if deemed necessary in
its opinion, or if circumstances arise out of its control.

12. These rules will be governed and construed in accordance with English law.

13. Any enquiry concerning, or notices to the promoter relating to, this promotion should be sent
