TTG Knowledge College have teamed up to recognise the best training courses and best performing travel agents across the TTG/OTT training platforms this year.
We have been collecting feedback on every course featured on both sites for the last 5 months. We asked members to rate courses based on various criteria and we've simply averaged out the results. Here's the complete list of winning suppliers, runners-up and our star agents too.

Worlds of Discovery’s new course has been a huge success this year with more than 800 course completions in just a two months. Agent feedback has been very positive thanks to the excellent course content and simple, elegant design.

Awarded to the highest rated course that was created by a 3rd party and hosted on OTT / TTG
Virgin Atlantic created its own external agent training in 2009, hosted by both TTG Knowledge College & Online Travel Training. The course proved very popular with agents, one cited the ‘fresh and funky’ design of the course.

Information Award - Awarded to the course members judged to provide the most comprehensive and useful product information

Winner: Rail Europe Runners up: Worlds of Discovery, A2B Transfers and Cosmos Tourama |
Rail Europe created an extensive 10-module course and made good use of the menu function by adding a wide range of supplementary information as well as making good use of video functionality.

Design Award - Awarded to the course that members judged to have the best 'look & feel'
Bourne Leisure launched a dedicate course showing agents all they need to know about Warner Leisure Hotels. Agent feedback has been really positive especially in terms of overall design as the course includes lots of imagery as well as useful product information

Audience Award - Awarded to the course which had the highest level of audience engagement

Winner: Mauritius Runners up: Continental, Worlds of Discovery and Attraction World |
The lure of the Mauritius proved a winner in 2009 with over 1,000 people taking the course - an incredible level of user engagement number – narrowly beating Continental Airlines.

STAR AGENT AWARDSThese travel agents have taken the most courses across the TTG Knowledge College/Online Travel Training platform this year, in most cases more than 10 courses!
