EVA Air flies from London Heathrow direct to Bangkok, offering clients three classes of cabin service - Business class, award-winning Premium economy and Economy class- with all seats equipped with seat-back touch-screen TVs.

By entering this contest, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1>This competition is open to UK based visitors to www.onlinetraveltraining.com site regardless of nationality, UK location & employment type or status.  Due to the UK specific nature of the prizes, only UK based entrants will be entered into the prize draw.

2> Competition closes 23:59 30th June 2009.

3> Winners will be picked at random and notified by email on the 1st July 2009

4> Winner will be required to confirm personal details such as postal address, employer details by 14th July 2009, failure to advise these details will mean the prize is forfeited and a replacement draw will take place.

5> By taking part in this competition the winners & runner ups agree for Online Travel Training to publicise their name, employer & location on our site and within the trade press. The winner may also be required to have a photo taken for publicity and to attend the London offices of EVA Air to collect their prize. 

6> Alternative prizes are not being offered & no part of a prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prize.  

7> 1 ^st Prize details: 2 economy tickets will be provided to the winner of the competition, the route for these tickets is: London Heathrow ( Terminal 3 ) – Bangkok ( Return ) for travel between and including these dates: 06 September – 14 December 2009, 11 January – 04 February 2010, 23 February – 24 June 2010,  06July – 24 August 2010. All travel must be booked by 01 May 2010 & completed by 24 August 2010.  Extension of travel period is strictly not permitted, If tickets are not used within specified period they will be lost, Tickets are non-transferable and have no equivalent cash value,  Tax / Fees / Charges: Prizewinners are liable for all taxes applicable at time of ticket issue, Exclusions: Tickets do not qualify for Evergreen Club - Frequent Flyer Mileage accrual, Executive Lounge Access,  Upgrading to next class of travel.  Airport transfer, accommodation & other expenses are not included. 

8> Other prizes details.  10 x runner up prizes of ATP membership will be provided.  This prize will be a 1 year membership.  Runners Up will be contacted with login details by ABTA by 31 ^st August. To qualify for ATP membership you will need to prove that you have either 1 year’s travel industry experience and an NVQ2/Apprenticeship or two year’s travel industry experience and suitable qualifications to qualify.  Should you not have this experience you are welcome to pass on to a colleague.   20,000 ^th user prize will be a bottle of Champagne which will be posted to the work address of the winner by 31 ^st August 2009.

9> This competition is not open to employees of Online Travel Training, EVA Air or ABTA or their immediate family.

10> Online Travel Training reserves the right to amend all details of this competition including dates & prizes.

11> The prize will not be transferable to another person.

12> Please read our Privacy Policy which tells you how we use any personal information we may collect about you by entering a competition.

13> Any dispute relating to this competition shall be subject to the laws of England and Wales and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

14> If you are referring friends to increase your chances of winning you must take prior consent from person whom you are referring. You must ensure that you have intimated your friends/known persons that they will receive an introductory email from Online Travel Training. In order to be eligible to participate in the contest, you warrant that you have informed the persons you are referring and have their prior consent to submit their information to Online Travel Training

15> It is not necessary that the people you are referring to Online Travel Training register on the site, however, it is pre-condition of your eligibility to participate in the contest that the email Ids you have referred, match and are correct in all respects. In case of a bounce back of any promotional email sent to these email Ids, you will be disqualified from the contest.

16> You shall indemnify, Online Travel Training, its Director & employees, from all claims arising out of or relating to, submission of any information including a third party information (Email Ids), your failure to take prior consent/ permission from third persons to submit their details on Online Travel Training website by you.

17> Contestants may be disqualified at any time at the sole discretion of the Company if it's found that the contestant has used unfair means or violated any of the terms above including the terms of the website.

18> Competition is only open to those over the age of 18
