I have worked at Explore for just over 8 years and in my capacity as Commercial Manager I primarily manage, support and develop sales amongst the trade in the UK, internationally and through third parties online.
I am a bit of an Adventure Travel junkie having travelled extensively & worked in the industry for more than 20 years. My passions are all things outdoors, trekking, mountain biking, skiing and the odd marathon. |

Now into my third year at Explore I have developed a real passion for adventure travel. I have taken trips in and around Asia, North Africa and Europe. Margaret McEwan - Head of Governance and Customer Relations
I joined Explore back in 1986 and so have seen a lot during her 25 years. I have fended off leeches in the Malaysian jungle, been sick in Nepal, put my back out in Egypt and had an argument with a mule in Andalucía. Heading up our Customer Relations department for over 10 years I fully understand our customers’ expectations and I am keen to deliver first class service that has our customers coming back for more. |

Jo Rolls - Senior Operations Manager
After 4 1/2 years on the road as a tour leader, I came into the office to the Operations department. I was lucky enough to lead tours all over the world including China, Kenya, North America, Poland and Jordan – to name a few! As Senior Operations Manager, for South America, Greece and Turkey I have responsibility for all tour leader training, retraining and recruitment. I love to travel, especially to places with breathtaking scenery both on land and underwater as trekking and diving are my two favourite passtimes – something that Explore has given me multiple opportunities to take part in and share with other people.
