How to Book
We think booking with us is pretty easy! Below are the steps that you need to take:
1 - Contact Us
First of all, contact our Adventure Consultants on 0844 499 0904.
2 - Check Availability
3 - Hold an Option
If the requested tour is available, then ask to hold an Option.
When an option is held, the place is temporarily reserved for a specified amount of time, usually a week.
4 - Confirming an Option
In order to confirm your option into a definite Booking, we require the following:
A – To talk through a few questions about your customer
B – A cheque for the deposit or full amount whichever is due.
6 - Flights
For the Flight Inclusive packages Explore holds an allocation on certain flights with one carrier. If all these seats have been booked we will check for the best fare available.

7 - Payment
In order to process the customers booking, it is necessary to receive the 10% deposit and insurance payment (if applicable)
8 - Late Bookings/Availability
Bookings on tours within 60 days of departure - we require FULL payment at the time of booking.
9 - Confirmation.
Acceptance of any booking received, is only made final when the Company issues a written confirmation to the Agent. .
10 - Final Joining Instructions.
Customers travelling Ex-London – Air tickets etc are issued by Explore approximately two weeks before departure.
Clients travelling Land Only – Joining instructions will be sent approximately 6 weeks before departure.
