1. The easyJet Online Travel Training competition opening/closing dates are as follows:
   01/01/2010 – 28/02/2010
2. Entries received after the above dates will not be counted.
3. The representative of the Promoter reserves the right to change the closing date of the competition in unavoidable circumstances. If this occurs, all reasonable steps will be taken to ensure that participants are not disadvantaged.
4. The prize consists of 1 year’s free flights with easyJet. The prize consists of 1 pair of free return flights for 12 months with easyJet
   • Flights must be taken by 28th February 2011
   • Winners may not fly within 2 weeks of booking
   • Booking must be made by 31.01.2011
     • 1 pair of return flights may be taken each month during the travel period 1st March 2010 – 28th February 2011.
     • If a pair of flights is not taken within any given month, then this pair flights will be forfeit. They cannot be transferred over to another month’s allocation and cannot be transferred into anyone else’s name
   • All taxes and charges are included
   • Airport transfers are not included
   • Winners are responsible for all necessary visas and passports
   • One of the nominated travellers must always be the person who won the prize
   • All flights are non transferable and are subject to availability
   • This offer is not combinable with any other easyJet offer
   • Once booked all changes are subject to the standard easyJet terms and conditions at www.easyjet.com
5. No purchase is necessary to enter the Competition.
6. To enter, you must be a resident of the UK or Ireland (with a delivery address within UK or Ireland), 16 years of age or over except to employees of easyJet Ltd and their affiliated agencies, their immediate families and those directly related to them. Participants under the age of 18 must obtain permission from an adult to enter the Competition.
7. To enter, participants must register as a participant of the easyJet online travel training programme, and answer all of the qualifying questions correctly in order to enter the competition.
8. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. No responsibility is accepted for entries which are for any reason whatsoever not received by the Promoter.
10. Winners grant the Promoter and its affiliated agencies the right to use their name in connection with the competition and may be required to participate in post-event publicity arranged by or on behalf of the Promoter.
11. Winners will be notified email within 2 weeks after the closing date.
12. easyJet reserves the right to change the prize for one of an equivalent value.
13. The prize cannot be modified, is non-transferable, and there is no cash alternative in part or in whole.
14. The Promoter excludes all liability under these terms, in contract or tort (including negligence) for any loss, damage, costs and/or expenses, loss of profits, goodwill, consequential, indirect or special losses, howsoever caused in connection with the Competition.
