Step 1: Before booking

Escorted Group Tours

   

We hold allocation on the vast majority of services for our Group Tours so we can advise you straight away on availability and hold an option for your client for 7 days with no obligation. We can also advise how many are already booked on the tour, the minimum required for it to run, flight times and hotel details and alternative departure dates.

Tailor-Made Holidays, Private Journeys & Short Breaks

All the services required for a Tailor-Made holiday, Private Journey and Short Break are requested once a completed booking form has been received. Therefore, prior to making a Private Journey booking it is important that you contact our Reservations department. Our Tour Consultants will be able to advise you about any departure date restrictions (e.g. relating to flight schedules), discuss any amendments or additions your client might like to make to the itinerary, note any special requests your client may have and talk you through other important information relating to the holiday.

Step 3: Completing a Booking Form

For a reservation to be valid you will need to include a deposit payment (15% of the total holiday cost, or £150 per person, whichever is greater and 30% for Rail Journeys). If your client is booking within eight weeks of departure we will require full payment at the time of booking.

Step 4: Confirmation

On receipt of your booking form Cox & Kings will request the various services that will make up your holiday and send you a confirmation invoice.

If any of the services requested are unavailable, you will be contacted by your Tour Consultant to discuss suitable alternatives.
