Welcoming International Resorts

Located worldwide, our Resorts welcome an array of international customers (G.M®s), so during your stay you will meet staff members (G.O®s) and fellow G.M®s who speak a variety of languages. French is the predominant language spoken but you don’t need to worry about a language barrier as our G.O®s speak several languages, including English.


A warm welcome when you arrive
To make you feel right at home from the moment you arrive, our English-speaking G.O®s will welcome you. They will also invite you to a welcome meeting and a guided tour of the Resort given in English. 

Always on hand to help
Our G.O®s at reception are always there to answer any questions you might have. The main information boards are normally displayed in both French and English. Plus there are English-speaking staff members on hand throughout the day and evening across the Resort.

Peace of mind for parents
We pay particular attention to ensuring that your children feel immediately at ease and included. We do our best to ensure that they take part in the activities on offer with other English-speaking children and are supervised by English-speaking G.O®s.
