WHO CAN GO?
The Al Fresco Travel Agent concession scheme is open to all UK Travel Agents.
Family and friends may travel with you, up to a maximum of 6 people in a Vivaldi, Rossini or Bellini mobile home and 5 in a Puccini (6 in a Puccini Riviera). You must all be staying in the same mobile home.
WHAT’S THE DEAL & WHEN CAN I GO?
You can holiday at any of the parks featured in the current 2012 brochure but there are some exclusions which have been detailed below*. All bookings are subject to availability and we reserve the right to withdraw any date or site if availability becomes limited. Please have a couple of choices when you call to book.
Concession dates - Arrival dates on site - 31st March 2012– 9th June 2012 (must be off site by 16th June 2012) & from 9th September 2012 onwards.
Cost
£99 per mobile home for 7 nights or less.
Additional nights may be added at £20 per night – Maximum stay 14 nights. .
* Exclusions - agent concessions do not apply in the following regions where any part of the holidays includes the following dates-
Northern & Central France & Holland – Easter Period 31st March – 14th April 2012
Northern & Central France & Holland - Spring Bank Holiday 2nd June – 9th June 2012
Northern France & Holland - October Half Term – 22nd - 29th October 2012
High Season discounts
We also offer selected discounts for holidays which include any part of the period 16th June to the 8th September.

28/06 – 27/08 save 15%
28/08 – 08/09 save 20%
Please note- High season discount cannot be combined with any other offers: Early booking discount, loyalty discount, group discount (family and friends discount) or park deals e.g. 2-4-1, % off etc. Has to be booked through the call centre and is non-commissionable. High Season discount is only applicable to the base cost of the mobile home and excludes accommodation extras plus any travel supplements.
WHAT ABOUT TRANSPORT?
Our £99 agent concession is the cost of the mobile and NOT per person and is based on an accommodation only basis. Ferries, flights and car hire are available but at an extra costs. We can offer an off peak, short sea ferry with P&O for £60 return. There are supplements for peak sailings and other routes are available, please contact Becky on the number featured below for further information.
EXTRAS
Air-conditioning, baby packs and linen hire can be pre-booked at the time of booking. Any extras are chargeable and are listed in the current 2012 brochure.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
· Date and duration availability is strictly according to availability and at the Al Fresco Commercial Department discretion.
· All bookings must be made via the call centre.
· Mobile type allocated according to availability.
· Payment in full must be made at the time of booking.
· The damage Waiver of £2.00 per night, per mobile must be taken and paid in full at the time of booking.
· If you want to take out your own personal insurance, it is your responsibility to ensure all members of your party are covered.
· The Travel Agent must travel on the booking and ABTA number (or equivalent) must be quoted at time of booking.
· The Travel Agent concession cannot be combined with any other offer.
· If the staff member submits their notice to leave the agency before the arrival date on site, the offer will be withdrawn and the full brochure price will be applied to the holiday.
· If the booking is cancelled all monies paid will be forfeit to cover cancellation charges.
· This offer is open to all UK Travel Agents who are employed as a Travel Agent at the time of booking and at the time of departure. If your circumstances change YOU MUST inform us IMMEDIATELY. Al Fresco Holidays reserve the right to cancel the holiday without warning if any concession has been booked fraudulently or where the staff member has failed to travel.
· Please remember that as a Travel Agent you are representing your agency and you should ensure your manner on the campsites reflects this. Inappropriate behaviour could result in the possibility of the agent concession scheme being withdrawn from your agency and the termination of your holiday immediately.
· Bound by the universal terms and conditions as stated in the latest Al Fresco Holidays brochure.
· On your return you are required to add details of your holidays to the Al Fresco blog about your holiday with Al Fresco.
