We think training should be a fun way to learn so we have joined forces with TTG Knowledge and Online Travel Training to share with you the Air New Zealand way of flying.
Once you have completed our five modules you will have Air New Zealand ’know how’ and become an honorary Kiwi.
Our goal is to create the world’s best long-haul flight experience, one that looks after everyone on the plane – from families to business travellers to holidaymakers – because we’ve realised that everyone’s needs are different. Our new onboard product will be available on our daily service from London to LA and Auckland from April 2011. This is on sale from late April 2010.
This training programme will allow you to learn more about what your customers will experience when they fly with us now but watch out for our new future taking flight module launched later this year.
